Read our terms and conditions for a transparent experience in ordering Ganesha Idols this festive season

Delivery Policy

  • Free Delivery: All confirmed orders will be delivered through custom dispatch between September 1, 2024, through September 6, 2024. Our Logistic Partner Avva Logistics & SCM will coordinate a delivery date and time with the customer at least a day before the delivery.

  • Customer Pickup from Warehouse: Customers willing to pick up the idols can do so by contacting Customer Service via phone or WhatsApp. Please provide your order number and preferred date and time for pickup from our Warehouse location.

    Warehouse Address and Pickup Timings:

    Arihant Estate, Unit 10, Opposite Sativali Gaondevi Temple, Sativali Road, Vasai (E) - 401208

    Timings: Monday through Saturday from 9 AM - 9 PM.

    On September 7, 2024, the Warehouse closes at Noon and all pickups must be made before noon.

Cancellation Police

  • Once the idol is ordered, cancellations are not permitted.

  • In the event the payment is not cleared or processed within 4hrs of order placement, the order is subject to auto cancellation.

Idol Changes

  • Changes to the orders are not supported. Please make your selection carefully.

Damages

Our logistic partner Avva Logistics & SCM Services has experience in deliver packages throughout India for over 25years and we safely deliver your idol which are professionally packed with appropriate packaging materials. In the unfortunate event of damages to your idols, we appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide alternative options that are available. Customers will be required to choose from the available options in these situations. Please understand that breakages are uncommon however are not unlikely, and your understanding and cooperation are crucial during such moments.

Important: We encourage all customers to create an unboxing video to record the damage was prior to customer receiving the idol.

Should you receive a damaged idol, we will replace the idol or you will receive full refund for the same (whichever procedure suits to the scenario due to time constraints). The refund request will be valid only an unboxing video of the idol is emailed to info@ganpatiwale.com.
